Art soldier?

This was an old uncoloured sketch for one of 's contests, which was to draw yourself in one of her original worlds. (hence the spiral on the top hat!) This was for Scream Venice, but then I changed my mind about the design and the location _{which in hindsight, might have been an error of judgment, but ah well.}

Even though I liked the sketch, I never got around to colouring it. So I found the scan among my documents, I thought it would be a shame to let the drawing go to waste.

I had to ask for 's help since it was originally a messy pencil sketch, so everybody give her a hand for the wonderful and clean linearting!

As you can see... I went crazy with the colours. It was fun though, it's like I turned myself into a character!


Say, that would make a good tag... would anyone like to take up the challenge of drawing themselves as an OC? Just imagine you were one of your own characters, what would you look like?
